Purchase Policies and Warranty Terms for COMFY Mattresses
Our Limited Warranties are specifically designed for original purchasers of authentic COMFY Products who completed their purchase directly from the comfy.sg website or by visiting a COMFY showroom. These policies remain in effect as long as the Product remains in the possession of the original purchaser.
Please retain an electronic copy of your purchase invoice, which will be emailed to you. When contacting our staff for assistance with your purchase, kindly reference the order number for more efficient support.
10-Year Limited Warranty We proudly support our COMFY Hybrid Mattresses with a 10-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty is applicable if:
- You are the original purchaser and current owner of the product.
- The purchase was made directly from an authorized COMFY Pte. Ltd. channel, including the website comfy.sg or a COMFY showroom.
- The mattress has been used solely for household purposes.
Covered defects under this warranty include:
- Visible indentations greater than one inch in the foam material.
- Physical flaws causing foam material to split or crack during normal use.
In the case of a defect, we may choose to repair, replace, or offer an alternative solution at our discretion. Replacement products may differ from the original model you purchased. The warranty period is not extended with any replacement or repair.
Exclusions from This Warranty:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Misuse, neglect, or improper care.
- Aesthetic imperfections that do not affect the product's primary function.
- Comfort preferences regarding firmness or material feel.
- Any damage occurring after the initial three-hour post-delivery inspection.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at sales@comfy.sg. Any defects or physical damages must be reported within three hours of delivery.
Exchanges & Refunds For products received in a compromised condition, please request an exchange or refund within 24 hours of delivery through live chat, phone or by emailing us at sales@comfy.sg. Providing photographic evidence of the defect, along with the original box and packaging, is essential.
