Our Trial Policies and Limited Warranties are specifically designed for original purchasers of authentic COMFY Products who completed their purchase directly from the website or by visiting a COMFY showroom. These policies remain in effect as long as the Product remains in the possession of the original purchaser.

Please retain an electronic copy of your purchase invoice, which will be emailed to you. When contacting our staff for assistance with your purchase, kindly reference the order number for more efficient support.

100-Night Trial Policy for Mattress The 100-Night Trial Policy applies to all COMFY Mattresses, including the COMFY Hybrid Mattresses and their variants.

If, within the initial 100 nights from receiving your new COMFY product, you find yourself unsatisfied, you have the option to return it for a refund. Simply email us at, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

During the trial period, only one product is eligible for a refund for multiple quantities of the same product.

Please note that to utilize the 100-Night Trial Policy, the mattress must be located in Singapore.

Upon acceptance of your return and a satisfactory product assessment, COMFY Pte. Ltd. will process your refund.

The 100-Night Trial period begins on the date you receive your product, whether it is an in-stock or preordered item.

To qualify for a return:

  1. The mattress must have been used for at least 30 nights.
  2. Proof of purchase, such as an invoice, is required.
  3. The pickup address must match the original delivery address.
  4. The 100-Night Trial is limited to one product per household and does not allow for size exchanges or changes.
  5. Products with damages or stains are ineligible for return or refund. To prevent transportation damage, ensure the mattress is securely wrapped; otherwise, a $100 fee may be incurred.
  6. Refunds are processed once the product reaches our warehouse or partner charities.

10-Year Limited Warranty We proudly support our COMFY Hybrid Mattresses with a 10-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty is applicable if:

  1. You are the original purchaser and current owner of the product.
  2. The purchase was made directly from an authorized COMFY Pte. Ltd. channel, including the website or a COMFY showroom.
  3. The mattress has been used solely for household purposes.

Covered defects under this warranty include:

  1. Visible indentations greater than one inch in the foam material.
  2. Physical flaws causing foam material to split or crack during normal use.

In the case of a defect, we may choose to repair, replace, or offer an alternative solution at our discretion. Replacement products may differ from the original model you purchased. The warranty period is not extended with any replacement or repair.

Exclusions from This Warranty:

  1. Normal wear and tear.
  2. Misuse, neglect, or improper care.
  3. Aesthetic imperfections that do not affect the product's primary function.
  4. Comfort preferences regarding firmness or material feel.
  5. Any damage occurring after the initial three-hour post-delivery inspection.
