RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
- COMFY provides a 14-day return policy for all regular-priced and in-stock goods, with the exception of couches made to order.
- You may cancel your order free of charge and obtain a full refund of the Final Price Paid for the item(s) you desire to cancel within 3 calendar days of placing your order. However, if your purchase has already been processed for delivery despite being within 3 calendar days, its worth will be computed as Final Paid Price minus Delivery Fees.
- All additional fees must be paid prior to service completion. In the event that additional service fees are not paid, we shall cancel the order and return the purchase amount.
- In the event of a Return and Order Cancellation, a 25% Restocking Fee will be charged for items returned within 14 days in their Original condition. • The amount of the refund will be the Final Paid Price minus the Restocking Fee (25% of the Final Paid Price) minus the Delivery Fees.
- Cash and Carry items may be exchanged if they are in their original, unused condition. Additionally, your COMFY purchase receipt must be produced.
- No Restocking Fee will be charged for product exchanges.
Any goods exchanged must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase. Promotional and clearance items are not eligible for exchange. No product exchanges or returns are permitted for the following product categories:
- Sofas made to order • Sale items sold at a discount or 'as-is' items
- Mattresses and old pillows not wrapped
