Membership terms and conditions

1. General Eligibility

• These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, offers, and membership benefits under COMFY’s Lifetime Membership Program.

• Membership and promotional offers are available to customers who have completed qualifying purchases during eligible sale periods.

• All benefits are applicable to one registered delivery address only.

• The registered member’s full name must match the property deed for verification purposes when requesting changes to the registered address.

2. Membership Conditions

• Membership is non-transferable and intended for individual use only.

• Membership discounts, free gifts, and cash-off promotions cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, unless explicitly stated.

• The only exception is the referral program, which is governed by the rules in Section 4 below.

• COMFY reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership and request proof of eligibility if misuse, fraud, or unauthorized sharing is suspected.

3. Membership Benefits & Tiers

COMFY’s Lifetime Membership Club includes four exclusive tiers:
🥉 Bronze – 10% OFF
🥈 Silver – 15% OFF
🥇 Gold – 20% OFF
💎 Platinum – 25% OFF

• Discounts are valid on future purchases under the same member name and registered address.

• Membership tier qualification is based on cumulative eligible spending during designated promotional events.

• Service fees (e.g., delivery, re-delivery, disposal, relocation) do not count toward tier qualification totals.

• Membership discounts are valid for lifetime but may be revoked if account misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

4. Referral Program

To reward loyalty, COMFY offers referral benefits as follows:

• For each referred customer who spends more than $2,500:

  • The referring member receives +2 percentage points added permanently to their existing membership discount.
    (Example: Bronze 10% → 12%)

  • Referral bonuses are cumulative up to a maximum 30% discount cap.

• The referred customer receives +2 percentage points on their promo cash-off for that purchase only.
  (Example: 8% → 10%, so $200 → $250 at the $2,500 tier)

• Referral bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another member.

5. Cancellations and Changes

• Any order cancellation or modification automatically voids or adjusts the associated cash-off amount, free gift eligibility, and membership qualification.

• COMFY reserves the right to amend benefits, substitute free gifts, or adjust promotional mechanics without prior notice.

6. Limitations and Rights

• All offers, discounts, and gifts are subject to availability while stocks last.

• COMFY reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion or membership program at any time without prior notice.

• In the event of a dispute, COMFY’s decision shall be final and binding.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the local jurisdiction in which COMFY operates.
